What to bring to Classes

Equipment

  • An exercise mat, ideally a 'sticky' mat to prevent slipping
  • A blanket for the relaxation


Miscellaneous

  • Try to avoid eating for 2 hours before a lesson
  • Try to avoid wearing contact lenses for the lesson

Clothing

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing
  • Many postures, especially standing postures, are done in bare feet
